November Movie

Being close to V-day, we remember with two master pieces of bygone eras. Starting the evening with "A Farewell to Arms" with the amazing Gary Cooper, followed by "The Last Time I saw Paris" with the eternally beautiful miss Elizabeth Taylor and (then unknown) Roger Moore!

"A Farewell to Arms" is a 1932 American pre-Code romance drama film. An American driving ambulances for the Italian Army during World War I, falls for British Red Cross nurse. But after Frederic is injured on the battlefield, he is evacuated to Catherine's new hospital in Milan, and the star-crossed lovers begin their romance anew.

"The Last Time I Saw Paris" is a 1954 romantic drama, loosely based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's short story "Babylon Revisited". It tells the story of a writer who returns to Paris after WW II and remembers the life he once held in The City of Lights.
